A short discovery to pin down what done looks like, what it costs, and what we will not do. You get this in writing before any code.

Weekly demos of working software in your environment. Decisions and trade-offs logged as we go, so nothing lives only in someone's head.

Documentation, runbooks, and a walkthrough with your engineers. We stay reachable after, but the goal is that you do not need us.
